Howsyourhealth.com was designed and tested as a TWO STAGE program.
The FIRST STAGE is universally applicable and easily implemented.
The SECOND STAGE is focused on a specific population and requires more organizational effort for successful implementation.
THE FIRST STAGE:
The program uses the Internet and administers an age/gender specific quiz to employees, patients, retirees and their families. Some of the FIRST STAGE features are listed in the Table below.

It has also been proven to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction with care in controlled clinical trials. Furthermore, when ratings of patient-clinician educational communication are good, costs per visit are markedly lower than for poor communication practices.
